Our core Prefect 2.0 API and UI are open-source.

The self serve plans starts with up to 3 free users and 1 free workspace, for as long as you need.

We found in the usage based model that some customers would combine flows with different purposes into a single flow to minimize cost. With the user/workspace based model, we hope to encourage clean flow design patterns to help users make the most out of our product.

All Prefect plans include community support. Get the answers you need from our Slack or Discourse forums, both of which are managed but Prefect Community Engineers. Contact us for more info on the dedicated Support programs.

See our docs for more info.

Our patented Hybrid Model infrastructure means that you get execution flexibility over a diverse set of deployments with a unified control plane for workflow governance, all without any of your private data leaving your infrastructure.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a self-serve plan at any time from within the Prefect UI. Speak to your account representative to make changes to an enterprise plan.

The total number of tasks and flows that are run will not impact pricing. However, we do have a rate limit on the Prefect API. If you are a self-serve customer running into the rate limit, please contact us for more information.
