Prefect with Claude
Connect your Prefect Cloud workspace to Claude to ask about workflow runs and their logs.
Before you start
A Claude account with connector access and a Prefect Cloud account. No terminal setup is needed.
Setup
Open the Prefect connector
Add Prefect from Claude’s connector directory.
Open Prefect in ClaudeSign in to Prefect Cloud
Complete the sign-in and select the workspaces Claude can access. Approve tool calls when Claude asks.
Check the connected workspace
Paste this into your agent after connecting.
List the Prefect workspaces you can access. Ask me which workspace to use, then show its five most recent flow runs with their states. Do not change anything.
If the connection fails
If Claude cannot see the expected workspace, check the connector’s authorization and reconnect with the correct account. Your organization’s connector settings may affect availability.
